Parrot Bay Condo complex is one of Ocean City's unique condo resorts and it is located only 5 minutes walking distance to the Ocean City, MD white sandy beaches and the Boardwalk, free fishing pier on the bay, Skate Park, restaurants, rides and other entertainment.
Parrot Bay Condos are individually owned condo and town home units that offer accommodations starting from a small 1bedroom condo for up to 4 people to a spacious 3br/2.5 bath town house unit for up to 14 people. All condos and town homes offer fully stocked kitchens, and some of the units (Parrot Isle Town homes and Jocelyn Manor #78) offer a full supply of sheets and towels for you during your stay. The rest of the condos/town homes require you to supply the sheets, towels, paper products, trash bags, and toiletries. Some of the units are pet friendly for a small fee. This year, Parrot Bay Condos will be managed by Beach Getaways Management. There are many exciting updates coming for the 2011 rental season in most of the rental units!
